Our History
Patriot Hospice & Palliative Care was founded to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for patients facing serious and terminal illnesses. Originating from Patriot Homecare, established in 2012, the organization gradually expanded to offer hospice and palliative care, addressing both medical and emotional needs of patients and their families.
Since 2012
In 2022, Patriot launched Patriot Cares, a nonprofit providing resources not typically covered by insurance, such as medical equipment and medications. This initiative also fulfills the final wishes of hospice patients, emphasizing compassion and integrity in delivering exceptional care.
